高校办学规模的迅猛发展，对实验室安全管理提出更高的要求。要满足新形势下实验室安全管理的内在需求，实验室安全教育工作显得尤为重要。如何做好实验室安全教育工作，是当今实验室安全管理方面的重要研究课题。本文提出了实行规范化、层次化、定量化、系统化、多样化的实验室安全教育标准化管理模式，并通过对管理模式的监督检查、效益分析及自我评价，实现管理模式的持续改进，保持标准的实效性，最终消除人为隐患，确保实验室安全运行。

With an increasing scale of the university construction, laboratory safety management needs to be strengthened. To meet the demand of laboratory safety management under the new situation, laboratory safety education seems particularly important. It is an important issue of laboratory safety management to increase the work of laboratory safety education. This paper introduces the management of laboratory safety education standardization, which consists of specification system, hierarchical education, quantify education time, systematic learning, diversification form. The management achieves continuous improvement in using inspection, benefit analysis, self-evaluation of itself, eliminates artificial hazards, ensures laboratory safety.
