“沟通漏斗”现象是人与人之间交流时客观存在的障碍，在教学实践过程中尤为可见。半导体物理知识点多、涉及面广、理论内容深奥、公式推导烦琐复杂，教学过程中枯燥乏味，尤其受到这一“沟通漏斗”效应的影响。教与学是一个相互配合、交流沟通的过程，笔者结合教学实践，从四个方面改善教学方法和教学手段，充分调动学生学习半导体物理课程的积极性，对于减小“沟通漏斗”具有十分重要的作用。

“구통루두”현상시인여인지간교류시객관존재적장애，재교학실천과정중우위가견。반도체물리지식점다、섭급면엄、이론내용심오、공식추도번쇄복잡，교학과정중고조핍미，우기수도저일“구통루두”효응적영향。교여학시일개상호배합、교류구통적과정，필자결합교학실천，종사개방면개선교학방법화교학수단，충분조동학생학습반도체물리과정적적겁성，대우감소“구통루두”구유십분중요적작용。
The phenomenon of“Communication funnel”is an objective obstacle to interpersonal communication, particularly visible in the process of teaching practice. Semiconductor physics contains a large number of knowledge,a wide range of content,abstract contents and complex formula. And it is dull to study in teaching process. Soit is affected by“Communication funnel”. Teaching and learning is a process of mutual coordination and communication with each other. In the light of teaching practice,the author improve teaching methods from four aspects and arouse the enthusi-asm of students learning semiconductor physics,which plays a very important role to reducethe effect of“Communica-tion funnel”.
