“沟通漏斗”现象是人与人之间交流时客观存在的障碍,在教学实践过程中尤为可见。半导体物理知识点多、涉及面广、理论内容深奥、公式推导烦琐复杂,教学过程中枯燥乏味,尤其受到这一“沟通漏斗”效应的影响。教与学是一个相互配合、交流沟通的过程,笔者结合教学实践,从四个方面改善教学方法和教学手段,充分调动学生学习半导体物理课程的积极性,对于减小“沟通漏斗”具有十分重要的作用。
“溝通漏鬥”現象是人與人之間交流時客觀存在的障礙,在教學實踐過程中尤為可見。半導體物理知識點多、涉及麵廣、理論內容深奧、公式推導煩瑣複雜,教學過程中枯燥乏味,尤其受到這一“溝通漏鬥”效應的影響。教與學是一箇相互配閤、交流溝通的過程,筆者結閤教學實踐,從四箇方麵改善教學方法和教學手段,充分調動學生學習半導體物理課程的積極性,對于減小“溝通漏鬥”具有十分重要的作用。

The phenomenon of“Communication funnel”is an objective obstacle to interpersonal communication, particularly visible in the process of teaching practice. Semiconductor physics contains a large number of knowledge,a wide range of content,abstract contents and complex formula. And it is dull to study in teaching process. Soit is affected by“Communication funnel”. Teaching and learning is a process of mutual coordination and communication with each other. In the light of teaching practice,the author improve teaching methods from four aspects and arouse the enthusi-asm of students learning semiconductor physics,which plays a very important role to reducethe effect of“Communica-tion funnel”.
