2013年中国教育部提出了关于高等院校本科应用型转型的计划，2014年部分高校已经开始实施，初见成效。本研究介绍了本科高校应用型转型的背景或必要性、原因、理解、认识和推进以及对本科高校应用型转型所采取的措施，可以为同行提供应用型转型的依据。

2013년중국교육부제출료관우고등원교본과응용형전형적계화，2014년부분고교이경개시실시，초견성효。본연구개소료본과고교응용형전형적배경혹필요성、원인、리해、인식화추진이급대본과고교응용형전형소채취적조시，가이위동행제공응용형전형적의거。
In 2013,China's ministry of education put forward about the transformation of the institutions of higher learning of undergraduate course applied plan. In 2014,some universities have begun to implement,produced results. This study introduces the transformation of the undergraduate course colleges and universities of applied background or necessity,cause,understanding,understanding and advance,and the measures taken by transformation of applied undergraduate colleges and universities can provide a basis for applied transformation in counterparts.
