为探讨自主学习模式在核医学临床教学中的应用效果,选择天津医科大学2008级七年制临床医学专业学生作为研究对象,其中实验组30人,采用自主学习的教学方法进行教学;对照组29名学生,采用传统教学模式进行教学。结果显示,实验组学生的学习兴趣、学习成绩等方面明显优于对照组学生。由此得出结论,自主学习模式应用于核医学临床教学中可以显著提高临床实习教学效果和学生素质,值得提倡和推广。

Objective To evaluate the effects of autonomous learning mode in clinical teaching of nuclear medicine. Methods We chose 59 students from clinical medicine seven- year program of grade 2008,30 students as the trial group,29 students as the control group,autonomous learning mode was used to the trial group,and traditional teaching model was used to the other group. Results Compared with control group,the problem- solving skills,communication skills,ability to innovate,to participate in awareness,stimulate interest in learning and the examination results were significantly im-proved in the test group. Conclusions Aautonomous learning mode was used in clinical teaching of nuclear medicine can improve teaching effect and students’quality,and is worth of advocating and popularization.
