为了进一步分析研究焊接过程中图像和焊接参数的相互关系及对焊接过程的反应,提高焊接稳定性。提出一种基于现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)的图像与模拟信号同步采集设计方案,利用同步脉冲控制图像与模拟信号采集,详细介绍了图像与模拟信号同步采集实现原理、硬件结构的实现方案。实验表明,该系统具有同步效果好和可靠性高的优点。

To further analyze the relationship between image and welding parameters in welding process and the influence on welding process,and improve the welding stability,a FPGA?based design scheme of image and analog signal synchronous ac?quisition is proposed. The image and analog signal synchronous acquisition is controlled by synchronous pulse. The implementa?tion principle and the realization scheme of hardware construction of image and analog signal synchronous acquisition are intro?duced in detail. The experimental results show that this system has the advantages of good synchronous effect and high reliability.
