目前,城市图书馆在专业人才、馆藏资源和信息技术等方面明显优于乡镇图书馆.因此,大力实施城乡一体化是我国实现图书馆信息资源共享的前提与基础.应当充分利用城市图书馆的资源优势,创建信息资源共享的图书馆联盟并积极建立资源共享的信息服务模式,以城市图书馆作为资源管理中心,将各个乡镇图书馆作为多个网点分支,逐步建立城乡图书馆信息资源共享的服务网络,为构建和谐社会服务.
