Taking the capacity development as the breakthrough point, this paper analyzes the influence of the knowledge of information management on the capacity development and employment competence of the graduates of health information management specialty, and probes into how to realize the better fusion of the knowledge of information management into the cultivation of health information management personnel to train the health information management talents with high quality and high adaptability.
