目的 探讨Ahmde青光眼引流阀治疗新生血管性青光眼的临床疗效. 方法 整群选取2011年3月—2014年3月该院收治的52例(52眼)新生血管性青光眼患者作为研究对象,采用Ahmde青光眼引流阀植入术治疗,观察临床疗效. 结果手术成功率较高,总成功率可达90.38%(47/52);术后患者的最佳矫正远视力、眼压、周围前房深度较术前有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后并发症少. 结论 采用Ahmed青光眼引流阀植入术对新生血管性青光眼进行治疗有效,安全性较高,术后并发症少,值得临床推广应用.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Ahmed glaucoma drainage valve in the treatment of new vascular glau-coma. Methods 52 patients (52 eyes) with neovascular glaucoma admitted to the hospital between March 2011 and March 2014 were selected as the research object. They were treated with Ahmed glaucoma valve implantation, and the clinical efficacy was observed. Results The successful rate of the surgery was 90.38%(47/52); after surgery, the best corrected distance visual acuity, intraocular pressure and limbal anterior chamber depth were all better than that before surgery with statistically significant differ-ences, P<0.05; there were few complications. Conclusion Ahmed glaucoma valve implantation is worthy of promotion in the treat-ment of neovascular glaucoma due to its good effect, high safety and less complications.
