目的 探讨和分析临床用氟芬那酸丁酯软膏治疗日光皮炎的疗效以及安全性. 方法 从2012年11月—2014年4月在该院收治的日光皮炎患者当中随机选取70例,随机分为的观察组35例和对照组35例,观察组患者氟芬那酸丁酯软膏和常规治疗相配合,对照组患者用维生素E霜和常规治疗并用,治疗后对比评价两组临床治愈效果及疗效,并记录. 结果治疗后两组患者临床的症状有了一定程度改善,结果表明观察组的患者,临床有效率为97.1.%(34/35),要显著高于对照组40.0%(14/35),该差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),符合统计学.结论 氟芬那酸丁酯软膏用于治疗日光性皮炎具有临床较好疗效,复发率低,具有在临床推广和普及的价值.

Objective To investigate and analyze the efficacy and safety of Butyl Flufenamate Ointment in treating solar dermatitis. Methods 70 cases with solar dermatitis in our hospital from November 2012 to April 2014 were selected. They were divided into observation group and control group randomly, 35 cases in each group. The observation group was given Butyl Flufenamate Oint-ment combined with conventional therapy. The control group was given Vitamin E Cream combined with conventional therapy. Compared the clinical curative effect of the two groups after the treatment and recorded it. Results The clinical symptoms of the two groups had improved after treatment. The clinical efficiency of observation group was 97.1.%(34/35)obviously higher than 40.0% (14/35) of the control group and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The efficiency of Butyl Flufenamate Ointment in treating solar dermatitis is better, it has lower recurrence rate and is worthy of wide application.
