目的 分析综合性护理干预对胆囊切除术手术患者临床效果.方法 整群抽选2012年1月—2015年4月,该院接收行胆囊切除术患者343例,按入院编号分成两组(常规组、干预组),常规组患者实施临床基础性护理,干预组患者实施临床综合性护理干预,比对两组患者临床结果. 结果 干预组患者临床并发症总率(1.2%)、护理满意率(98.3%)和常规组(6.5%、94.1%)相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且干预组患者临床住院时间(4.20±0.42)、下床时间等指标和常规组(7.40±1.22)相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05). 结论 临床行胆囊切除术期间实施综合性护理干预,效果突出,可降低患者疼痛度,缩短住院时间,意义重大,值得使用.

Objective To analyze the clinical results of comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with cholecystectomy. Methods 343 cases underwent cholecystectomy in our hospital from January 2012 to April 2015 were divided into two groups, the conventional group and the intervention group in accordance with the admission number. Patients in the conventional group were treated by the clinical basic nursing, and those in the intervention group were treated by the clinical comprehensive nursing inter-vention. And the clinical results of the two groups were compared. Results The overall incidence of clinical complications was 1.2%in the intervention group, and 6.5%in the conventional group, with statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction was 98.3%in the intervention group, and 94.1%in the conventional group, with statistically sig-nificant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). The length of stay was (4.20±0.42)d in the intervention group, and (7.40±1.22) d in the conventional group, the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The difference in the time of first getting out of the bed and other indexes between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients undergoing cholecystectomy clinically, comprehensive nursing intervention is of great significance, which can reduce the degree of pain and shorten the length of stay with significant effect, so it is worthy of application.
