目的 探究尿干化学分析仪与尿有形成分分析仪联合检测尿路感染的临床应用价值. 方法 整群选取2014年3月—2015年3月期间在该院收治的260例标本检测患者作为研究对象,将白细胞计数、细菌计数、亚硝酸盐试验结果同细菌培养进行比较. 结果 ①细菌计数敏感性(50.76%),特异性(77.83%),阳性预测值(60.18%),阴性预测值为(82.69%)相较于三项联合敏感性(80.01%),特异性(82.21%),阳性预测值(64.32%),阴性预测值(86.51%)明显较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),②白细胞计数在上述有关方面相较于三项联合指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);③亚硝酸盐在上述有关方面相较于三项联合指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05). 结论 采用尿干化学分析仪与尿有形成分分析仪联合检测方法,对尿路感染的诊断具有较高的灵敏度,在保证检测结果科学、准确的同时,提升了工作效率,可在较大程度上排除尿路感染,值得在临床上大范围推广和应用.

Objective To explore the clinical value of urine dry chemistry analyzer and urine formed element analyzer applied to the detection of urinary tract infection. Methods 260 cases underwent specimen detection in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 were selected as the subjects. The result of white blood cell count, bacteria count and nitrites test were compared with that of bacterial culture. Results ① Bacterial count sensitivity (50.76%), specificity (77.83%), positive predictive value (60.18%) and negative predictive value (82.69%) compared to the three joint sensitivity (80.01%), specificity (82.21%), positive predictive value (64.32%) and negative predictive value (86.51%) was significantly lower, with significant difference (P<0.05);②White blood cell count in the related aspects compared with the three combined index has significant difference (P<0.05);③Nitrite in the relat-ed aspects compared with the three combined index has significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion For the detection of urinary tract infection, urine dry chemistry analyzer combined with urine formed element analyzer has high sensitivity, which can ensure the detection results be scientific and accurate, improve the work efficiency as well as exclude urinary tract infection to a larger extent, so it is worthy of wide promotion and application in clinical practice.
