目的 探讨综合康复护理措施对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能的影响情况. 方法 分析随机选取该院2013年2月-2015年2月接收的120例有老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者临床资料, 并依据不同临床护理措施进行分组, 基础护理组60例和综合康复护理组60例. 结果 对比两组肺心病患者在护理前的各项数据FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC、FEV1%差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),综合康复护理组肺心病患者护理后FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC、FEV1%优于基础护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05). 结论 综合康复护理措施可以明显改善老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能,利于患者预后恢复,值得临床推广应用.

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention on the pulmonary function in el-derly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods An analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 120 elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2015. The patients were divided into two groups, the basic nursing group and the comprehensive rehabilitation nursing group with 60 cases in each in accordance with different clinical nursing intervention given to the patients. Results Before nursing, the differences in the value of FVC, FEV1, FEV1/FVC and FEV1% between the two groups were not statistically significant, P>0.05. After nursing, the value of FVC, FEV1, FEV1/FVC and FEV1% was better in the comprehensive rehabilitation nursing group than that in the basic nursing group, respectively with statistically significant difference, P<0.05. Conclusion For elderly patients with chronic obstructive pul-monary disease, comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention can significantly improve the pulmonary function and is con-ducive to the prognosis and recovery, so it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
