目的：探讨654-2联合黄体酮治疗输尿管结石的有效性。方法：收治输尿管结石患者52例，随机分为试验组和对照组，对照组给予常规抗炎、654-2解痉镇痛等治疗，试验组在此基础上加用黄体酮20 mg肌注，比较两组的临床治疗效果。结果：试验组输尿管结石排出总有效率达96.15%，明显高于对照组的65.38%。结论：654-2联合黄体酮治疗输尿管结石的效果显著。

목적：탐토654-2연합황체동치료수뇨관결석적유효성。방법：수치수뇨관결석환자52례，수궤분위시험조화대조조，대조조급여상규항염、654-2해경진통등치료，시험조재차기출상가용황체동20 mg기주，비교량조적림상치료효과。결과：시험조수뇨관결석배출총유효솔체96.15%，명현고우대조조적65.38%。결론：654-2연합황체동치료수뇨관결석적효과현저。
Objective:To explore the curative effect of 654-2 combined with progesterone in the treatment of ureteral calculi. Methods:52 patients with ureteral calculi were selected,they were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,the control group was given conventional anti-inflammatory,654-2 antispasmodic and analgesic treatment,the experimental group added progesterone 20mg for intramuscular injection on the basis of control group,we compared clinical therapeutic effect between the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the total effective rate of ureteral calculi discharge was 96.15%,which was significantly higher than 65.38% in the control group.Conclusion:The curative effect of 654-2 combined with progesterone in the treatment of ureteral calculi was significant.
