目的：探讨血液透析滤过治疗尿毒症难治性高血压的临床疗效。方法：收治尿毒症难治性高血压患者90例，随机分为两组，对照组应用血液透析治疗；治疗组应用血液透析及血液透析滤过治疗。结果：治疗组治疗前后血压及血浆肾素、血管紧张素Ⅱ浓度显著下降(P＜0.01)。结论：血液透析滤过治疗尿毒症难治性高血压可以有效清除血浆肾素、血管紧张素，降低患者血压，减少并发症的发生，提高了患者的生活质量。

목적：탐토혈액투석려과치료뇨독증난치성고혈압적림상료효。방법：수치뇨독증난치성고혈압환자90례，수궤분위량조，대조조응용혈액투석치료；치료조응용혈액투석급혈액투석려과치료。결과：치료조치료전후혈압급혈장신소、혈관긴장소Ⅱ농도현저하강(P＜0.01)。결론：혈액투석려과치료뇨독증난치성고혈압가이유효청제혈장신소、혈관긴장소，강저환자혈압，감소병발증적발생，제고료환자적생활질량。
Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect of blood dialysis filtration in the treatment of uremic refractory hypertension.Methods:90 patients with uremic refractory hypertension were selected,they were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with hemodialysis;the treatment group was treated with hemodialysis and blood dialysis.Results:The blood pressure and plasma rennin,angiotensin Ⅱ concentrations were significantly decreased in the experimental group before and after treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion:Hemodialysis filtration treatment of uremic refractory hypertension can effectively remove plasma renin,angiotensin,reduce blood pressure,reduce the incidence of complications,improve the quality of life of patients.
