目的：探讨基于高血压患者的心血管危险性分层进行治疗的临床效果。方法：收治高血压患者132例，平均分为两组。观察组患者根据其心血管危险性分层进行针对性治疗，对照组患者采取常规降血压药物治疗，治疗6个月后，观察并比较两组患者平均舒张压和平均收缩压水平；同时比较治疗前后高血压危险性分层人数变化情况。结果：治疗6个月后，观察组血压下降水平较对照组明显，高血压危险性分层较高的人数所占比例也较对照组减少(P＜0.05)。结论：针对患者的心血管危险性分层进行治疗效果更加明显。

목적：탐토기우고혈압환자적심혈관위험성분층진행치료적림상효과。방법：수치고혈압환자132례，평균분위량조。관찰조환자근거기심혈관위험성분층진행침대성치료，대조조환자채취상규강혈압약물치료，치료6개월후，관찰병비교량조환자평균서장압화평균수축압수평；동시비교치료전후고혈압위험성분층인수변화정황。결과：치료6개월후，관찰조혈압하강수평교대조조명현，고혈압위험성분층교고적인수소점비례야교대조조감소(P＜0.05)。결론：침대환자적심혈관위험성분층진행치료효과경가명현。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of the treatment of patients with hypertension based on cardiovascular risk stratification.Methods:132 patients with hypertension were selected,they were divided into the two groups on average.Patients of the observation group were treated according to their cardiovascular risk stratification,patients of the control group were treated with routine antihypertensive drugs.We observed and compared the mean diastolic blood pressure and mean systolic blood pressure of the two groups after 6 months of treatment,we also compared the changes in the number of hypertension risk stratification before and after the treatment.Results:After 6 months of treatment,the blood pressure of the patients of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group,the proportion of the number of higher risk stratification of hypertension was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of the treatment according to cardiovascular risk stratification in the patients with hypertension is more obvious.
