目的：观察归脾汤结合耳穴埋籽治疗不寐(心脾两虚型)的临床疗效。方法：收治不寐(心脾两虚型)患者80例，随机分成治疗组、对照组各40例，治疗组予归脾汤加减结合耳穴埋籽治疗，对照组予阿普唑仑及谷维素治疗。结果：两组睡眠时间均有显著改善(P＜0.01)，治疗组总有效率优于对照组，不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P 均＜0.05)。结论：归脾汤加减结合耳穴埋籽治疗心脾两虚型不寐疗效确切，不良反应少。
목적：관찰귀비탕결합이혈매자치료불매(심비량허형)적림상료효。방법：수치불매(심비량허형)환자80례，수궤분성치료조、대조조각40례，치료조여귀비탕가감결합이혈매자치료，대조조여아보서륜급곡유소치료。결과：량조수면시간균유현저개선(P＜0.01)，치료조총유효솔우우대조조，불량반응발생솔명현저우대조조(P 균＜0.05)。결론：귀비탕가감결합이혈매자치료심비량허형불매료효학절，불량반응소。
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of guipi decoction add and subtract combine with auricular seeds in the treatment of 40 cases of insomnia(heart and spleen deficiency type).Methods:80 insomnia(heart and spleen deficiency type) patients were selected,they were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 40 cases in each group,the treatment group was treated with guipi decoction add and subtract combine with auricular seeds,the control group were treated by alprazolam and oryzanol.Results:The sleep time of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.01),the total effective rate of the treatment group was better than the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of guipi decoction add and subtract combine with auricular seeds in the treatment of heart and spleen deficiency type insomnia is effective,and its adverse reaction is less.
