目的：分析阴道B超诊断异位妊娠的临床价值。方法：收治异位妊娠患者50例，均进行腹部B超和阴道B超检查。比较两种B超检查方式的诊断情况。结果：50例患者中输卵管妊娠40例，输卵管间质妊娠7例，残角子宫妊娠3例。阴道B超总诊断率及在各型异位妊娠中的诊断率均高于腹部B超，阴道B超的附件包块、心管搏动、胚芽等诊断率高于腹部B超，平均包块及孕囊检查时间短于腹部B超，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：阴道B超能够提高异位妊娠的诊断率，且能准确辨别疾病类型与超声分型，效果优于腹部B超。

목적：분석음도B초진단이위임신적림상개치。방법：수치이위임신환자50례，균진행복부B초화음도B초검사。비교량충B초검사방식적진단정황。결과：50례환자중수란관임신40례，수란관간질임신7례，잔각자궁임신3례。음도B초총진단솔급재각형이위임신중적진단솔균고우복부B초，음도B초적부건포괴、심관박동、배아등진단솔고우복부B초，평균포괴급잉낭검사시간단우복부B초，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：음도B초능구제고이위임신적진단솔，차능준학변별질병류형여초성분형，효과우우복부B초。
Objective:To investigate the clinical value of transvaginal B ultrasound in diagnosis of patients with ectopic pregnancy. Methods:50 patients with ectopic pregnancy were selected,all patients underwent abdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound examination.We compared the diagnosis of two kinds of modes of ultrasonic examination.Results:In 50 patients,40 cases of tubal pregnancy,7 cases of tubal interstitial pregnancy,3 cases of residual angle of uterine pregnancy.The total diagnostic rate and the diagnostic rate of each type of ectopic pregnancy by vaginal B ultrasound were higher than those of abdomen B ultrasound,the diagnosis rate of the adnexal masses,the heart beat and the embryo by vaginal B ultrasound was higher than those of the abdomen B ultrasound,the average packet and the time of pregnancy were shorter than that of the abdomen B ultrasound,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transvaginal B ultrasound can improve the diagnosis rate of ectopic pregnancy,and can accurately identify the type of disease and ultrasonic typing,the effect is better than the abdominal ultrasound.
