目的:探究健康教育在食管癌术整体护理中的应用效果。方法:收治食管癌患者66例,随机分为试验组和对照组各33例。试验组采用计划性健康教育模式,对照组采用传统的健康教育方法,比较两组的护理效果。结果:试验组的住院天数以及并发症发生率明显少于对照组,相关知识掌握情况以及满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育不仅能够让患者多方位地学习食管癌疾病的相关知识,还能有效地促进患者术后恢复,具有良好的临床效果。

목적:탐구건강교육재식관암술정체호리중적응용효과。방법:수치식관암환자66례,수궤분위시험조화대조조각33례。시험조채용계화성건강교육모식,대조조채용전통적건강교육방법,비교량조적호리효과。결과:시험조적주원천수이급병발증발생솔명현소우대조조,상관지식장악정황이급만의도명현고우대조조(P<0.05)。결론:건강교육불부능구양환자다방위지학습식관암질병적상관지식,환능유효지촉진환자술후회복,구유량호적림상효과。
Objective:To explore the application effect of health education in holistic nursing of esophageal cancer.Methods:66 patients with esophageal cancer were selected,they were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 33 cases in each.The experimental group was given planned health education model,the control group was given the traditional health education method,we compared the nursing effect of the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the length of hospital stay and the incidence of complications were significantly less than those of the control group,the master of relevant knowledge and satisfaction were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Health education can not only enable patients to learn more about the knowledge of esophageal cancer disease,but also can effectively promote the recovery of patients after surgery,and it had good clinical effect.
