目的：总结超声乳化白内障摘除术联合人工晶体植入术患者的护理经验。方法：收治白内障患者741例，给予超声乳化白内障摘除术联合人工晶体植入术治疗，加强对所有患者的术前、术中和术后护理。结果：本组36例患者手术当天1～2 h内感到轻微不适感，未经过处理，自然恢复，另有3例患者感到眼部疼痛，通过积极护理，并给予肌内注射奈福泮20 mg后症状消失。术后3个月眼压明显下降，术后视力明显好转。结论：加强术前、术中、术后护理能明显提高超声乳化白内障摘除术联合人工晶体植入术的临床疗效。
목적：총결초성유화백내장적제술연합인공정체식입술환자적호리경험。방법：수치백내장환자741례，급여초성유화백내장적제술연합인공정체식입술치료，가강대소유환자적술전、술중화술후호리。결과：본조36례환자수술당천1～2 h내감도경미불괄감，미경과처리，자연회복，령유3례환자감도안부동통，통과적겁호리，병급여기내주사내복반20 mg후증상소실。술후3개월안압명현하강，술후시력명현호전。결론：가강술전、술중、술후호리능명현제고초성유화백내장적제술연합인공정체식입술적림상료효。
Objective:To summarize the nursing experience of patients with phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation.Methods:741 patients with cataract were selected.They were given phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation treatment.We strengthened the preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative nursing of all patients.Results:In this group,36 patients felt a slight discomfort on 1~2 hours of the surgery day,they were natural recovery without treatment. Another 3 patients felt eye pain,through active nursing,and received intramuscular injection of 20 mg nefopam,the symptom was disappeared.The intraocular tension on three months after surgery decreased significantly,and the postoperative visual acuity was significantly improved.Conclusion:Strengthening the preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative nursing can significantly improve the clinical curative effect of phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation.
