目的：探讨缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗老年高血压的临床疗效。方法：收治老年高血压患者220例，随机分成观察组和对照组各110例，两组均予以利尿、吸氧等基础治疗。对照组在此基础上给予缬沙坦80 mg治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上增加氨氯地平5 mg治疗，两组均于治疗10 d后观察疗效。结果：治疗后观察组血压下降幅度优于对照组(P＜0.05)，治疗后观察组平均心率与平均动脉压水平均低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗老年高血压的疗效显著。
목적：탐토힐사탄연합안록지평치료노년고혈압적림상료효。방법：수치노년고혈압환자220례，수궤분성관찰조화대조조각110례，량조균여이이뇨、흡양등기출치료。대조조재차기출상급여힐사탄80 mg치료，관찰조재대조조적기출상증가안록지평5 mg치료，량조균우치료10 d후관찰료효。결과：치료후관찰조혈압하강폭도우우대조조(P＜0.05)，치료후관찰조평균심솔여평균동맥압수평균저우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：힐사탄연합안록지평치료노년고혈압적료효현저。
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of valsartan combined with amlodipine in the treatment of senile hypertension.Methods:220 elderly patients with hypertension were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 110 cases in each.The two groups were given diuresis,oxygen uptake and other basic treatment. On this basis,the control group was given valsartan 80 mg treatment.On the basis of the control group,the observation group was given amlodipine 5 mg treatment.After 10 days of treatment,the curative effects of two groups were observed.Results:After treatment,the blood pressure descend range of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the average heart rate and mean arterial pressure of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of valsartan combined with amlodipine in the treatment of senile hypertension is significant.
