目的：分析社区护理干预对老年高血压合并糖尿病患者的影响效果。方法：收治老年高血压合并糖尿病患者68例，对患者进行社区护理干预，观察其护理效果。结果：经社区护理干预，老年高血压合并糖尿病患者的生活习惯有所改善，血压血糖均得以控制，体重指数降低。结论：对社区内老年高血压合并糖尿病患者实施护理干预，能够显著改善生活质量，同时可以控制血压与血糖。

목적：분석사구호리간예대노년고혈압합병당뇨병환자적영향효과。방법：수치노년고혈압합병당뇨병환자68례，대환자진행사구호리간예，관찰기호리효과。결과：경사구호리간예，노년고혈압합병당뇨병환자적생활습관유소개선，혈압혈당균득이공제，체중지수강저。결론：대사구내노년고혈압합병당뇨병환자실시호리간예，능구현저개선생활질량，동시가이공제혈압여혈당。
Objective:To analyze the influencing effect of community nursing intervention on elderly patients with hypertension and diabetes.Methods:68 elderly patients with hypertension and diabetes were seleceted.The patients were given community nursing intervention.The nursing effect was observed.Results:Through community nursing intervention,the living habits of elderly patients with hypertension and diabetes were improved,the blood pressure and blood glucose were controlled,and the body mass index were decreased.Conclusion:The implementation of nursing intervention on elderly patients with hypertension and diabetes in the community can significantly improve the quality of life,and control the blood pressure and blood glucose.
