目的：探讨药物导致的急性间质性肾炎的临床诊治特点。方法：回顾性分析收治药物所致急性间质性肾炎患者18例的临床资料。结果：血尿常规和肾功能完全恢复正常15例，残留尿常规异常及肾功能轻度异常2例，肾功能不全尿毒症期需透析治疗1例。结论：定期监测相关指标、及时停用致病药物、加强针对性的治疗措施可有效防止药物所致的急性间质性肾炎。
目的：探討藥物導緻的急性間質性腎炎的臨床診治特點。方法：迴顧性分析收治藥物所緻急性間質性腎炎患者18例的臨床資料。結果：血尿常規和腎功能完全恢複正常15例，殘留尿常規異常及腎功能輕度異常2例，腎功能不全尿毒癥期需透析治療1例。結論：定期鑑測相關指標、及時停用緻病藥物、加彊針對性的治療措施可有效防止藥物所緻的急性間質性腎炎。
목적：탐토약물도치적급성간질성신염적림상진치특점。방법：회고성분석수치약물소치급성간질성신염환자18례적림상자료。결과：혈뇨상규화신공능완전회복정상15례，잔류뇨상규이상급신공능경도이상2례，신공능불전뇨독증기수투석치료1례。결론：정기감측상관지표、급시정용치병약물、가강침대성적치료조시가유효방지약물소치적급성간질성신염。
Objective:To explore the clinical diagnosis and treatment characteristic of acute interstitial nephritis caused by drugs. Methods:The clinical data of 18 cases of acute interstitial nephritis caused by drugs were analyzed retrospectively.Results:15 cases had routine blood and urine tests and kidney function fully recovered,2 cases had abnormal residual urine routine and mildly abnormal kidney function,1 case with kidney function insufficiency and uremia required dialysis treatment.Conclusion:Monitoring related indicators regularly,stopping the drugs causing the disease timely and strengthening corresponding treatment measures could prevent acute interstitial nephritis caused by drugs effectively.
