目的：探讨脑卒中患者认知康复治疗的施行效果。方法：收治脑卒中患者58例，随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予常规治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上给予认知康复治疗。对比两组的治疗效果。结果：观察组的日常生活能力评分(MBI)、运动功能评分(Fugl-Meyer)以及认知功能评分(MMSE)均优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：认知康复治疗脑卒中患者，不仅可以促进患者运动功能的恢复，在一定程度上还能提高患者的日常生活能力，促进患者康复。

목적：탐토뇌졸중환자인지강복치료적시행효과。방법：수치뇌졸중환자58례，수궤분위대조조화관찰조。대조조급여상규치료，관찰조재대조조적기출상급여인지강복치료。대비량조적치료효과。결과：관찰조적일상생활능력평분(MBI)、운동공능평분(Fugl-Meyer)이급인지공능평분(MMSE)균우우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：인지강복치료뇌졸중환자，불부가이촉진환자운동공능적회복，재일정정도상환능제고환자적일상생활능력，촉진환자강복。
Objective:To explore the implementation effect of cognitive rehabilitation treatment of patients with stroke.Methods:58 patients with stroke were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given conventional treatment.The observation group was given cognitive rehabilitation treatment on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The daily life ability score(MBI),motor function score(Fugl-Meyer) and cognitive function score(MMSE) of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cognitive rehabilitation treatment in patients with stroke not only can promote the recovery of motor function of patients,in a certain extent can improve the daily life ability of patients and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
