目的：探讨干部保健巡诊对保健对象健康水平的干预价值。方法：选取省干部保健委员会推荐的50例保健人员，随机分两组，各25例，对照组进行常规保健护理，观察组在常规保健护理的基础上开展干部保健巡诊工作。对比两组保健方法的效果。结果：对照组进行保健护理后，各项指标显示身体状况得到改善概率76%，低于观察组的96%。结论：干部保健巡诊工作的实施能有效改善保健对象的身体状况，提高其健康水平，加强对疾病的预防，减少重大疾病的发生。

목적：탐토간부보건순진대보건대상건강수평적간예개치。방법：선취성간부보건위원회추천적50례보건인원，수궤분량조，각25례，대조조진행상규보건호리，관찰조재상규보건호리적기출상개전간부보건순진공작。대비량조보건방법적효과。결과：대조조진행보건호리후，각항지표현시신체상황득도개선개솔76%，저우관찰조적96%。결론：간부보건순진공작적실시능유효개선보건대상적신체상황，제고기건강수평，가강대질병적예방，감소중대질병적발생。
Objective:To discuss the intervention value of the cadre health care on the health level of health clinics.Methods:Selecting 50 health personnel recommended by the provincial cadre health committee.They were randomly divided into two groups,each of the 25 cases.The control group were given routine nursing care.The observation group based on routine nursing care on the work of cadres to carry out health care clinics.The effect of two groups of health care methods was contrasted.Results:In the control group,the health care and the indicators showed that the improvement of the physical condition was 76%,lower than that of the observation group of 96%.Conclusion:The implementation of the cadre health care clinics can effectively improve the health of body,improve their health level,strengthen the prevention of disease,and reduce the occurrence of major diseases.
