目的：探讨厄贝沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗糖尿病高血压合并高尿酸血症老年患者的临床效果。方法：收治糖尿病高血压合并高尿酸血症老年患者92例，随机分为两组，对照组42例，采取苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗，研究组50例，在对照组基础上联合厄贝沙坦治疗，对比、分析两组临床效果。结果：两组治疗后舒张压、收缩压及血尿酸均有明显改善，但研究组改善更显著；研究组总有效率显著高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论：对糖尿病高血压合并高尿酸血症老年患者用苯磺酸氨氯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗，疗效确切，安全性高，可显著改善血压与血尿酸水平。
목적：탐토액패사탄연합분광산안록지평치료당뇨병고혈압합병고뇨산혈증노년환자적림상효과。방법：수치당뇨병고혈압합병고뇨산혈증노년환자92례，수궤분위량조，대조조42례，채취분광산안록지평치료，연구조50례，재대조조기출상연합액패사탄치료，대비、분석량조림상효과。결과：량조치료후서장압、수축압급혈뇨산균유명현개선，단연구조개선경현저；연구조총유효솔현저고우대조조，P＜0.05。결론：대당뇨병고혈압합병고뇨산혈증노년환자용분광산안록지평연합액패사탄치료，료효학절，안전성고，가현저개선혈압여혈뇨산수평。
Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of elderly diabetic patients with hypertension and hyperuricemia by irbesartan combined with amlodipine besylate.Methods:92 patients with hypertension and hyperuricemia were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups,the control group(42 cases)to take amlodipine besylate in treatment,the study group(50 cases)on the base of the control group with the treatment of irbesartan.We comparative analyzed the clinical effect of the two groups.Results:Diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and blood uric acid were significantly improved after treatment in the two groups, but the improvement in the study group was more significant.The total effective rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The clinical effect of elderly diabetic patients with hypertension and hyperuricemia by irbesartan combined with amlodipine besylate is outstanding,with high security.It can significantly improve blood pressure and blood uric acid level.
