目的：探讨“靳三针”疗法治疗儿童自闭症的临床效果。方法：收治自闭症患儿100例，随机分为研究组和常规组。常规组采取综合性干预治疗，研究组采取“靳三针”疗法进行治疗，比较两组临床疗效。结果：治疗后，研究组和常规组功能发展评分增加，且研究组的感知觉、口语、粗动作及细动作改善情况要优于常规组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：“靳三针”法治疗儿童自闭症比常规综合干预治疗效果更理想，可有效改善患儿病情，提高生活质量。
목적：탐토“근삼침”요법치료인동자폐증적림상효과。방법：수치자폐증환인100례，수궤분위연구조화상규조。상규조채취종합성간예치료，연구조채취“근삼침”요법진행치료，비교량조림상료효。결과：치료후，연구조화상규조공능발전평분증가，차연구조적감지각、구어、조동작급세동작개선정황요우우상규조，차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：“근삼침”법치료인동자폐증비상규종합간예치료효과경이상，가유효개선환인병정，제고생활질량。
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of Jin's three needling therapy for children with autism.Methods:100 cases of children with autism were randomly divided into the research group and the normal group.The normal group were given comprehensive intervention treatment,the research group were given Jin's three needling therapy.The clinical curative effect of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the function development scores of the research group and the normal group increased,and the improvement of perceptions,oral,gross action and finely action in the research group were superior to that of the normal group,the differences had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jin's three needling therapy for children with autism had more ideal effect than conventional comprehensive intervention treatment,which could improve the pathogenic condition of children effectively and the quality of life.
