目的：总结基层医院外伤性脾破裂的诊治经验，探讨手术方法及技巧。方法：收治外伤性脾破裂患者300例，回顾性分析其临床资料。结果：非手术治疗13例，治愈率66.7%；手术治疗287例，治愈率96.4%。结论：在基层医院较差的条件下行保脾治疗要谨慎，对于不能保脾的患者，主张行脾切除+自体脾组织移植术。

목적：총결기층의원외상성비파렬적진치경험，탐토수술방법급기교。방법：수치외상성비파렬환자300례，회고성분석기림상자료。결과：비수술치료13례，치유솔66.7%；수술치료287례，치유솔96.4%。결론：재기층의원교차적조건하행보비치료요근신，대우불능보비적환자，주장행비절제+자체비조직이식술。
Objective:To summarize the diagnosis and treatment experience of traumatic spleen rupture in primary hospital,to explore the surgical methods and skills.Methods:300 patients with traumatic spleen rupture were selected.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:13 cases had non-surgical treatment,the cure rate was 66.7%.287 cases had surgical treatment, the cure rate was 96.4%.Conclusion:In the poor conditions of primary hospital,spleen-preserving treatment in traumatic spleen rupture should be cautious.For the patients cannot spleen-preserving,we advocate for the spleen resection plus autologous spleen tissue transplantation.
