目的：探讨临床护理路径在甲状腺手术患者中的效果。方法：收治甲状腺手术患者58例，随机分两组，各29例，研究组采取护理路径模式，常规组采取一般性专科护理，对比两组临床护理效果。结果：通过护理后，研究组的平均住院天数、医疗费用均优于常规组，且患者的健康知识掌握度、护理满意度均高于常规组(P＜0.05)。结论：对甲状腺手术患者在实施临床护理路径模式的干预，可有效增强患者护理依从性，提高临床护理效果和护理满意度。

목적：탐토림상호리로경재갑상선수술환자중적효과。방법：수치갑상선수술환자58례，수궤분량조，각29례，연구조채취호리로경모식，상규조채취일반성전과호리，대비량조림상호리효과。결과：통과호리후，연구조적평균주원천수、의료비용균우우상규조，차환자적건강지식장악도、호리만의도균고우상규조(P＜0.05)。결론：대갑상선수술환자재실시림상호리로경모식적간예，가유효증강환자호리의종성，제고림상호리효과화호리만의도。
Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of clinical nursing path in patients with thyroid surgery.Methods:58 patients with thyroid surgery were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups,each of 29 cases.The study group took care of the path model,the conventional group took general specialist care.We compare clinical nursing effect of two groups.Results:After nursing,the average length of hospital stay and medical expenses of the study group were superior to the conventional group,and the health knowledge and nursing satisfaction of patients were higher than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For thyroid surgery patients in the implementation of clinical nursing path model of the intervention can effectively enhance the patient care compliance,improve the clinical nursing effect and nursing satisfaction.
