目的：探讨在治疗腰椎间盘突出症神经根炎过程中应用骨科熥药联合骶管点药方法的疗效。方法：收治腰椎间盘突出症神经根炎患者130例，随机分为两组，各65例。对比组采用单纯骶管点药治疗方法；研究组应用骨科熥药联合骶管点药的治疗方法。记录、分析疼痛指数。结果：研究组疼痛指数下降趋势明显优于对比组(P＜0.05)。结论：采用骨科熥药联合骶管点药的治疗方法能够有效提升腰椎间盘突出患者的治疗效果，提高患者预后的生活质量。

목적：탐토재치료요추간반돌출증신경근염과정중응용골과통약연합저관점약방법적료효。방법：수치요추간반돌출증신경근염환자130례，수궤분위량조，각65례。대비조채용단순저관점약치료방법；연구조응용골과통약연합저관점약적치료방법。기록、분석동통지수。결과：연구조동통지수하강추세명현우우대비조(P＜0.05)。결론：채용골과통약연합저관점약적치료방법능구유효제승요추간반돌출환자적치료효과，제고환자예후적생활질량。
Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of orthopedics of Tong medicine combined with sacral canal medicine for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation radiculitis.Methods:130 patients with lumbar disc herniation radiculitis were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups,each of 65 cases.The comparison group were treated with simple sacral canal therapy,and the research group were treated with orthopedics of Tong medicine combined with sacral canal medicine.The pain index was recorded and analyzed.Results:The pain index of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The clinical effect of orthopedics of Tong medicine combined with sacral canal medicine for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation radiculitis is outstanding.It can improve the quality of life of patients.
