目的：分析动力髋螺钉(DHS)和改进型防旋股骨近端髓内钉(PFNA-Ⅱ)内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的效果。方法：收治老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者64例，按数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组32例。对照组给予DHS内固定治疗，观察组给予PFNA-Ⅱ内固定治疗，观察两组疗效。结果：观察组术中出血量、手术与平均愈合的时间均明显少于对照组，Harris评分明显高于对照组，并发症发生率显著低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：PFNA-Ⅱ内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折具有显著效果，可促进其髋关节的功能恢复，安全有效。
목적：분석동력관라정(DHS)화개진형방선고골근단수내정(PFNA-Ⅱ)내고정치료노년고골조륭간골절적효과。방법：수치노년고골조륭간골절환자64례，안수자표법분위관찰조화대조조，매조32례。대조조급여DHS내고정치료，관찰조급여PFNA-Ⅱ내고정치료，관찰량조료효。결과：관찰조술중출혈량、수술여평균유합적시간균명현소우대조조，Harris평분명현고우대조조，병발증발생솔현저저우대조조，차이균유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：PFNA-Ⅱ내고정치료노년고골조륭간골절구유현저효과，가촉진기관관절적공능회복，안전유효。
Objective:To analyze the effects of dynamic hip screw(DHS) and improved proximal femoral nail antirotation(PFNA-Ⅱ) internal fixation in the treatment of elderly intertrochanteric fracture.Methods:64 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture were selected.They were divided into the observation group and the control group with 32 cases in each according to the digital table method.The control group was given DHS internal fixation treatment.The observation group was given PFNA- Ⅱinternal fixation treatment.The curative effects of two groups were observed.Results:The intraoperative blood loss,operation and average healing time of the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group;Harris score was significantly higher than that of the control group;the complication incidence rate was significantly lower than that of the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:PFNA- Ⅱ internal fixation in the treatment of elderly intertrochanteric fracture has a significant effect.It can promote the function recovery of the hip joint.It is safe and effective.
