Acute%Viral hepatitis with jaundice%Traditional Chinese Medicine
目的：探讨中医治疗急性黄疸型病毒性肝炎的临床应用价值。方法：收治急性黄疸型病毒性肝炎患者78例，随机分为观察组、对照组，对照组给予常规西医治疗，观察组在此基础之上联合中医治疗。结果：观察组临床总体有效率明显高于对照组(P＜0.05)；治疗后观察组总胆红素以及谷丙转氨酶水平低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：对急性黄疸型病毒性肝炎采取中医治疗，可以使患者的相关症状得到明显改善，进而使治疗效果进一步提高。

목적：탐토중의치료급성황달형병독성간염적림상응용개치。방법：수치급성황달형병독성간염환자78례，수궤분위관찰조、대조조，대조조급여상규서의치료，관찰조재차기출지상연합중의치료。결과：관찰조림상총체유효솔명현고우대조조(P＜0.05)；치료후관찰조총담홍소이급곡병전안매수평저우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：대급성황달형병독성간염채취중의치료，가이사환자적상관증상득도명현개선，진이사치료효과진일보제고。
Objective:To explore the clinical application value of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of acute jaundice hepatitis.Methods:78 patients with acute jaundice hepatitis were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.Patients in the control group were treated with routine western medicine,while the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with the routine western medicine.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than in the control group(P<0.05);after the treatment,the levels of total bilirubin and alanine aminotransferase in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment on acute jaundice hepatitis can improve the symptoms of the patients,and improve the treatment effect further.
