目的：探讨PICC在神经外科危重患者中的临床应用以及堵管护理对策。方法：观察25例患者留置PICC导管应用状况，针对危重患者出现的PICC堵管并发症，及时做出相应护理措施。结果：PICC有助于神经外科危重患者顺利地进行治疗、减轻患者痛苦，并且提高护士工作的效率。对于5例患者出现堵管的情况，经过处理后都能够复通。结论：PICC导管为神经外科危重患者提供了一条无痛性安全给药的通道。严格按照规程操作，仔细做好导管维护，减少堵管发生，是安全留置PICC导管的必要保证。

목적：탐토PICC재신경외과위중환자중적림상응용이급도관호리대책。방법：관찰25례환자류치PICC도관응용상황，침대위중환자출현적PICC도관병발증，급시주출상응호리조시。결과：PICC유조우신경외과위중환자순리지진행치료、감경환자통고，병차제고호사공작적효솔。대우5례환자출현도관적정황，경과처리후도능구복통。결론：PICC도관위신경외과위중환자제공료일조무통성안전급약적통도。엄격안조규정조작，자세주호도관유호，감소도관발생，시안전류치PICC도관적필요보증。
Objective:To explore the clinical application of PICC in the critical care patients in department of neurosurgery and the countermeasures for the nursing of tube blocking.Methods:We observed the application situation of PICC in 25 patients.For the PICC pipe blockage complications in critical patients,we timely made the corresponding nursing measures.Results:PICC was helpful for the treatment of severe patients in department of neurosurgery.It could reduce the pain of patients and improve the work efficiency of nurses.5 patients had blocking pipe,after treatment,blockage was to resume.Conclusion:PICC catheter provided a safe and painless passage for giving medicine for the critical patients in department of neurosurgery.Strict accordance with the procedures,careful doing a good job of catheter maintenance and reducing the occurrence of the blockage were necessary guarantee for the safety of the indwelling PICC catheter.
