目的：探讨目标性心理护理对外伤性鼓膜穿孔患者心理状态的影响。方法：收治外伤性鼓膜穿孔患者106例，随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组采用常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上采取目标性心理护理，比较两组效果。结果：观察组主动配合50例(94.34%)，高于对照组的31例(58.49%)。对照组负性情绪评分高于观察组，观察组的效果优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：在临床护理过程中，目标性心理护理以及有效的措施能够大幅度减轻患者的压力，提升配合率。

목적：탐토목표성심리호리대외상성고막천공환자심리상태적영향。방법：수치외상성고막천공환자106례，수궤분위대조조화관찰조，대조조채용상규호리，관찰조재상규호리적기출상채취목표성심리호리，비교량조효과。결과：관찰조주동배합50례(94.34%)，고우대조조적31례(58.49%)。대조조부성정서평분고우관찰조，관찰조적효과우우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：재림상호리과정중，목표성심리호리이급유효적조시능구대폭도감경환자적압력，제승배합솔。
Objective:To explore the effect of objective psychological nursing for the psychology of patients with traumatic perfo-ration of tympanic membrane.Methods:106 patients with traumatic perforation of tympanic membrane were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group were given routine nursing care.The observa-tion group were given objective psychological nursing on the basis of routine nursing.We compared two groups of effect.Results:In the observation group,active cooperation in 31 cases(94.34%) were higher than 31 cases(58.49%) in the control group.In the con-trol group,the negative emotion score was higher than that in the observation group,and the effect of the observation group was bet-ter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the process of clinical nursing,through the objective psychological nurs-ing and effective measures can greatly reduce the pressure of patients and improve the cooperation rate.
