目的：探讨顺铂联合紫杉醇治疗晚期卵巢癌的临床护理方法及临床效果。方法：收治晚期卵巢癌患者106例，用顺铂联合紫杉醇进行治疗，且有针对性地为患者提供相应的护理。结果：显效60例(56.6%)，有效38例(35.9%)，无效8例(7.5%)，总有效率92.5%。结论：就晚期卵巢癌来说，及时采取有效措施对其进行护理，可以有效提高临床疗效，降低并发症发生率，从而有效地使患者生活质量得到提升。
目的：探討順鉑聯閤紫杉醇治療晚期卵巢癌的臨床護理方法及臨床效果。方法：收治晚期卵巢癌患者106例，用順鉑聯閤紫杉醇進行治療，且有針對性地為患者提供相應的護理。結果：顯效60例(56.6%)，有效38例(35.9%)，無效8例(7.5%)，總有效率92.5%。結論：就晚期卵巢癌來說，及時採取有效措施對其進行護理，可以有效提高臨床療效，降低併髮癥髮生率，從而有效地使患者生活質量得到提升。
목적：탐토순박연합자삼순치료만기란소암적림상호리방법급림상효과。방법：수치만기란소암환자106례，용순박연합자삼순진행치료，차유침대성지위환자제공상응적호리。결과：현효60례(56.6%)，유효38례(35.9%)，무효8례(7.5%)，총유효솔92.5%。결론：취만기란소암래설，급시채취유효조시대기진행호리，가이유효제고림상료효，강저병발증발생솔，종이유효지사환자생활질량득도제승。
Objective:To investigate the clinical nursing method and clinical effect of cisplatin combined with paclitaxel in the treatment of advanced ovarian cancer.Methods:106 patients with advanced ovarian cancer were selected.They were treated with cisplatin combined with paclitaxel,and targeted to provide appropriate care for patients.Results:Markedly effective in 60 cases(56.6%),effective in 38 cases(35.9%),the total effective rate was 92.5%,and 8 cases were ineffective(7.5%).Conclusion:For advanced ovarian cancer,we take effective measures to its nursing timely,which can improve the clinical efficacy effectively,and reduce the incidence of complications,so as to improve the quality of life of patients effectively.
