目的：探讨全程社区督导对肺结核初治患者的康复效果和体会。方法：将近年来的肺结核社区化疗患者分为观察组和对照组，分别给予全程社区督导和常规督导措施，观察两组效果和分析督导体会。结果：1年后两组在不良反应率、治疗依从性、治愈率、复治率和患者满意度方面比较，观察组优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：对肺结核初治患者进行全程社区督导，能显著降低不良反应率、提高治疗依从性和治疗效果，增进医患和谐。

목적：탐토전정사구독도대폐결핵초치환자적강복효과화체회。방법：장근년래적폐결핵사구화료환자분위관찰조화대조조，분별급여전정사구독도화상규독도조시，관찰량조효과화분석독도체회。결과：1년후량조재불량반응솔、치료의종성、치유솔、복치솔화환자만의도방면비교，관찰조우우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：대폐결핵초치환자진행전정사구독도，능현저강저불량반응솔、제고치료의종성화치료효과，증진의환화해。
Objective:To investigate the effect and experience of the whole process of community supervision for the initial treatment of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods:Patients with pulmonary tuberculosis for chemotherapy in the community were divided into the observation group and the control group in recent years.Patients were given full community supervision and routine supervision measures.We observed the effect of the two groups and analyzed the experience of the supervision.Results:A year later,the adverse reaction rate,treatment compliance,cure rate,relapse rate and patient satisfaction of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The whole process of community supervision for patients with pulmonary tuberculosis can significantly reduce the adverse reaction rate,improve the treatment compliance and treatment effect,and promote the harmony between doctors and patients.
