本文回顾性地总结了重症急性胰腺炎并发腹腔内大出血、肠梗阻及腹膜间室综合征(腹内高压)的治疗体会。重症急性胰腺炎出现这几种严重并发症时，只要结合具体病例科学施治，早期诊断，早期防范，早期治疗，可极大地减少死亡率。

In this paper,the author reviewed the treatment experience on the severe acute pancreatitis complicated with intra-abdominal bleeding,intestinal obstruction and peritoneal compartment syndrome(intra-abdominal hypertension) retrospectively.When those several serious complications appeared in patients with severe acute pancreatitis(SAP),the mortality can be reduced greatly as long as we given the scientific treatment for specific cases,takeing early diagnosis,early prevention and early treatment.
