目的：探讨低分子肝素在老年慢性肺心病急性加重期的治疗效果。方法：收治老年慢性肺心病急性加重期患者64例，随机分为对照组和研究组各32例，对照组采用常规治疗，研究组在常规治疗基础上加用低分子肝素，比较两组的治疗效果。结果：研究组PaO2、PaCO2和心功能改善情况优于对照组，总有效率93.75%，明显高于对照组的84.37%(P＜0.05)。结论：低分子肝素在老年慢性肺心病急性加重期的治疗效果显著。

목적：탐토저분자간소재노년만성폐심병급성가중기적치료효과。방법：수치노년만성폐심병급성가중기환자64례，수궤분위대조조화연구조각32례，대조조채용상규치료，연구조재상규치료기출상가용저분자간소，비교량조적치료효과。결과：연구조PaO2、PaCO2화심공능개선정황우우대조조，총유효솔93.75%，명현고우대조조적84.37%(P＜0.05)。결론：저분자간소재노년만성폐심병급성가중기적치료효과현저。
Objective:To explore the efficacy of low molecular weight heparin in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease at acute exacerbation.Methods:64 elderly patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease at acute exacerbation were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group with 32 cases in each.The control group were given conventional treatment,and the study group were given low molecular weight heparin on the basis of routine treatment,then we compared two groups of treatment effect.Results:In the study group,the improvement of PaO2,PaCO2 and heart function was superior to the control group,and the total effective rate of 93.75% was significantly higher than 84.37% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of low molecular weight heparin in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease at acute exacerbation was significant.
