目的：探讨地西泮佐山莨菪碱滴鼻治疗小儿高热惊厥的效果。方法：收治高热惊厥患儿112例，随机分为滴鼻治疗组与常规治疗组各56例。常规治疗组给予地西泮肌注，滴鼻治疗组先用山莨菪碱滴鼻，再用地西泮滴鼻，比较两组的干预效果。结果：在滴鼻治疗组，发热持续时间、意识恢复时间明显短于常规治疗组，并发症发生率和复发率低于常规治疗组(P＜0.05)。结论：地西泮佐山莨菪碱滴鼻治疗小儿高热惊厥的效果非常显著。

목적：탐토지서반좌산랑탕감적비치료소인고열량궐적효과。방법：수치고열량궐환인112례，수궤분위적비치료조여상규치료조각56례。상규치료조급여지서반기주，적비치료조선용산랑탕감적비，재용지서반적비，비교량조적간예효과。결과：재적비치료조，발열지속시간、의식회복시간명현단우상규치료조，병발증발생솔화복발솔저우상규치료조(P＜0.05)。결론：지서반좌산랑탕감적비치료소인고열량궐적효과비상현저。
Objective:To explore the effect of diazepam combined with anisodamine for nasal drops treatment of children with febrile convulsion.Methods:112 children with febrile convulsion were selected.They were randomly divided into nasal drops treatment and routine treatment group with 56 cases in each.The routine treatment group were given diazepam for intramuscular injection,and the nasal drops treatment group were given diazepam combined with anisodamine for nasal drops treatment,then we compared the intervention effect of the two groups.Results:In the nasal drops treatment group,the duration of fever and recovery of consciousness were significantly shorter than those of the routine treatment group,and the complication rate and recurrence rate were lower than those in the routine treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of diazepam combined with anisodamine for nasal drops treatment of children with febrile convulsion was significant.
