目的：探讨双倍剂量氨溴索口服液治疗糖尿病合并社区获得性肺炎的临床效果。方法：收治糖尿病合并社区获得性肺炎患者88例，随机分成对照组和观察组各44例；对照组给予常规剂量氨溴索口服液治疗，观察组给予双倍计量氨溴索口服液治疗。结果：观察组治疗有效率、治愈率均高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：双倍剂量氨溴索口服液治疗糖尿病合并社区获得性肺炎效果显著，在改善患者临床症状的同时确保了较高的安全性。

목적：탐토쌍배제량안추색구복액치료당뇨병합병사구획득성폐염적림상효과。방법：수치당뇨병합병사구획득성폐염환자88례，수궤분성대조조화관찰조각44례；대조조급여상규제량안추색구복액치료，관찰조급여쌍배계량안추색구복액치료。결과：관찰조치료유효솔、치유솔균고우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：쌍배제량안추색구복액치료당뇨병합병사구획득성폐염효과현저，재개선환자림상증상적동시학보료교고적안전성。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of double dose of ambroxol hydrochloride oral solution in the treatment of diabetic patients with community acquired pneumonia.Methods:88 patients with community acquired pneumonia were selected. They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 44 cases in each group.The control group were given the conventional dose ambroxol hydrochloride oral solution treatment.The observation group were given the double dose ambroxol hydrochloride oral solution treatment.Results:The treatment efficiency and cure rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:A double dose of ambroxol hydrochloride oral solution in the treatment of diabetic patients with community acquired pneumonia is effective in improving the clinical symptoms of patients with the same time to ensure higher security.
