目的：比较高龄白内障患者两种小切口手术的效果。方法：收治高龄白内障患者60例，随机分为观察组与对照组各30例。观察组给予小切口囊外白内障摘除手术，对照组给予超声乳化白内障吸出手术。结果：观察组术后1周、1个月、3个月视力优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：通过对高龄白内障患者实施小切口囊外白内障摘除手术，能够减少并发症，降低治疗费用，促使患者早日康复，对患者的积极意义较大。

목적：비교고령백내장환자량충소절구수술적효과。방법：수치고령백내장환자60례，수궤분위관찰조여대조조각30례。관찰조급여소절구낭외백내장적제수술，대조조급여초성유화백내장흡출수술。결과：관찰조술후1주、1개월、3개월시력우우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：통과대고령백내장환자실시소절구낭외백내장적제수술，능구감소병발증，강저치료비용，촉사환자조일강복，대환자적적겁의의교대。
Objective:To compare the effect of two kinds of small incision surgery for senile cataract patients.Methods:60 patients with senile cataract were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was given small incision cataract extraction operation,and the control group was given phacoemulsification operation.Results:The visual acuity of the observation group was better than the control group at 1 week,1 month and 3 months after the operation(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of small incision cataract extraction surgery in senile cataract patients can reduce the complications,reduce the cost of treatment,and promote the early recovery of patients,its a large positive significance for the patients.
