随着利率市场化的实施，地方银行迎来了大好的发展时机，但同时也面临着存贷款利差空间缩小、资金流动性管理难度大、信用违约、竞争加剧等诸多风险。本文以河南省为例，探讨利率市场化背景下中原经济区地方银行的发展策略，以促进地方银行的可持续发展。

With the implementation of the interest rate liberalization, the local bank gets the good development opportunity. But at the same time, it also faces many risks, such as the interest margin between loans and deposits is narrow, management difficulty of financial liquidity is bigger, credit default, competition is increasing and so on. This paper takes Henan Province as the example to discuss the development strategies of local banks in the central plains economic zone under the background of interest rate liberalization to promote the sustainable development of local Banks.
