城市轨道交通建设投资大、工期长、技术难度大,建设过程中涉及众多参与者,这决定了其在项目建设过程中会涌现大量的接口。接口管理是工程项目管理中最敏感又最难规范的地方,它直接决定项目管理的成败。本文首先依据原则筛选出了影响城市轨道交通接口管理绩效评估的主要因素,进而构建了评价指标体系,最后运用AHP和模糊综合评价法确定了针对城市轨道交通接口管理绩效评估的模型。模型结果表明,所构建的模型能够较好地反映城市轨道交通接口管理工作的落实情况,也可以依据数据分析出接口管理的薄弱环节,有利于在后期相关或类似项目建设过程的管理,实现城市轨道交通接口的有效管理。

The urban rail transit construction has the features of large investment, long construction period and big technical difficul-ties, and many participants are involved in the construction process, which determines large number of interfaces will emerge in the course of the project. Interface management is the most sensitive and difficult local norms in project management, and it directly determines the success or failure of project management. Firstly, this paper selected the main factors affecting urban rail transport interface management performance evaluation on the basis of the principle, and then constructed the evaluation index system, and finally determined the model for urban rail transit interface management performance evaluation with the use of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The model results show that the model can better reflect the implementation situation of the urban rail transit interface management work, and also can analyze the weaknesses of interface management based on data, so it can help the management of related or similar projects in the late construction process and achieve the effective management of urban rail transit interface.
