盈利能力作为上市公司赖以生存的基础，目前已经引起了投资人，债权人还有企业经营管理人员的高度重视。而批发零售业作为发展较为稳定的行业，其发展关系经济，贴近民生，因此本文选取了沪市A股非ST非金融行业批发零售业作为研究对象，采用描述统计法、因子分析法和回归分析法对其盈利状况进行研究与评价。

Profitability as a basis for the survival of a listed company, it has been attracted much attention by investors, creditors as well as enterprise management personnel. The wholesale and retail trade as a more stably developing industry, its development relates to economy and people's livelihood. So this paper selects the Shanghai A-share non-ST non-financial sector wholesale and retail trade as a research object, uses descriptive statistics, factor analysis and regression analysis method to research and evaluate their profitability.
