针对建设工程项目合同管理中的绩效评价问题,提出了层次分析法与模糊综合评价模型相集成的评价方法。由于合同管理绩效的表现形式复杂多样,将合同管理绩效分为行为绩效和结果绩效两部分,并分别对两部分绩效指标进行评价。在评价过程中,首先分别建立两部分的评价指标体系,通过专家打分,利用层次分析法分别计算评价指标的权重,然后对赋权后的指标进行模糊综合评价,最终分别计算得出行为绩效综合评价值和结果绩效综合评价值。文章最后利用实例研究表明该方法在建设工程项目合同管理绩效评价中是科学合理的。
針對建設工程項目閤同管理中的績效評價問題,提齣瞭層次分析法與模糊綜閤評價模型相集成的評價方法。由于閤同管理績效的錶現形式複雜多樣,將閤同管理績效分為行為績效和結果績效兩部分,併分彆對兩部分績效指標進行評價。在評價過程中,首先分彆建立兩部分的評價指標體繫,通過專傢打分,利用層次分析法分彆計算評價指標的權重,然後對賦權後的指標進行模糊綜閤評價,最終分彆計算得齣行為績效綜閤評價值和結果績效綜閤評價值。文章最後利用實例研究錶明該方法在建設工程項目閤同管理績效評價中是科學閤理的。

In view of the performance evaluation problems in construction engineering project contract management, the evaluation method that integrates analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is proposed. Because the forms of contract management performance are various, it is divided into behavior performance and result performance, and their performance indexes are evaluated respectively. In the evaluation process, the evaluation index system of the tow parts are established first. Through expert scoring, the analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the weight of the evaluation index respectively and then fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is carried out for the weighted indexes. Finally the behavior performance comprehensive evaluation and result performance comprehensive evaluation value are obtained. At last, practical example show that this method is scientific in the evaluation of construction project contract management performance evaluation.
