Training is an important means for enterprise human resources development and to motivate employees, but training can help solve the problem of lack of knowledge, skills, but can not necessarily improve employee and organizational performance. This paper analyzes the primary cause of organization performance gap, and elaborates the related intervention measures, in order to shorten the performance gap, and improve the organizational performance.
