This article introduced the measurement principle, design realization and improvement methods of the two-wire vortex flow transducer. The transmitter is composed of vortex generator, detection sensor and signal processor, and integrates frequency signal generating, signal filtering and processing. After continuous improvement, the predelivery test and practical application of the product proved that the transmitter performance meets the design requirements, and has been widely applied and achieved good economic results.
