In this paper, through the deep research of the existing problems in management standard, site layout, hardware and software facilities, staffing accouterment and other aspects of the business outlets after the "big marketing" system construction, according to the development requirements of "urban-rural integration" in the "big marketing" system construction, combined with the construction standard of "ten-minute capture expends circle of cities", "outlets in every village" and other diversified payment channels and outlets, the suggestions of power supply outlets construction are put forward.
