系统以CORTEX M3核心板和高性能工业级GSM/GPRS模块SIM900A作为设计核心,设计一款可以自发短信进行报警提示的可燃气体检测系统.系统的核心板处理器采用STM32F103作为控制器,核心板和GSM/GPRS模块的通信通过异步串口UART进行数据的收发;可燃气体检测模块则采用传感器MQ-2进行气体浓度的测量.测量系统中,如果气体浓度超过设定的临界值,处理器会控制SIM900A模块发出报警短信给相关人员进行提示.整个系统实现了自动短信报警提示的设计,系统硬件设计体积小、功耗低;软件设计中将串口通信的字符收发进行打包封装,无乱码出现.经过测试,系统性能良好,在家庭天然气检测报警及无人值守的气体浓度检测场合中具有良好的用途.

By taking the CORTEX M3 core board and SIM900A (high performance industrial GSM/GPRS module) as the design core,a combustible gas detection system with the function of alarm warning by spontaneous SMS was designed,in which the core board processor STM32F103 is used as the controller. The data transceiving is executed by the core board and the GSM/GPRS module through the asynchronous serial UART. The sensor MQ-2 is adopted in combustible gas detection module to detect gas concentration.If the gas concentration exceeds the set value,SIM900A controlled by the proceesor in the detection system sends alarm messages to the relevant person. The design of automatic SMS alarm prompt was realized. The system hardware has the advantages of small size and low power consumption. The packing of transceiving characters for serial port communication are realized without messy code in the software design. The testing results show that the system has good performance in house-hold gas detection alarm and unattended gas concentration detection occasion.
