物联网环境下的设备相对复杂,人工检测成本过高,故障检测误差较大,因此,设计并实现了一种基于物联网的故障设备检测系统.系统通过采集模块获取故障设备的实时参数,利用控制器为SIM900B的GPRS通信模块实现各模块间信息的传输,采用核心芯片为S7-200型PLC的检测诊断模块,对故障设备信息进行分析和处理,判断故障产生的原因和位置,实现对故障设备的实时管理和诊断.软件设计过程中,对基于物联网故障设备检测系统的流程进行了详细分析,并给出无线传感节点接收和处理故障设备数据的程序代码.实验结果表明,所提系统具有很高的可行性及实用性.

The equipments working in the Internet of Things environment are relatively complex,and the cost of the artifi-cial detection are high,so the detection error of fault equipments is big. Therefore,a detection system for fault equipments based on Internet of Things was designed and implemented. The system acquires the real-time parameters of the fault equip-ments through its acquisition module,utilizes GPRS communication module of the controller SIM900B to transmit the informa-tion among various modules,adopts the detection and diagnosis module of core chip S7-200 PLC to analyze and process the in-formation of the fault equipments,and then judges the fault reasons and location to realize the real-time management and diagno-sis of the fault equipments. In the process of software design,the technological process of the fault equipment detection system based on Internet of Things was analyzed in detail. The program code of receiving and processing the fault equipment data by the wireless sensor node is provided. The experimental results show that the proposed system has the high feasibility and practi-cability.
