In combination with the current actual situation of college students'evaluation for teaching,a classroom teaching quality assessment indicator system based on teacher evaluation,student assessment and teaching condition evaluation is estab-lished. The classroom teaching quality evaluation system based on students'evaluation was designed and developed by means of efficient information technology and network-based management,in which students can be in the capacity of student expert to evaluate the classroom teaching quality through the information platform,and by which the evidence can be provided for the col-lege teaching quality supervision.
